Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as you can after January 1 if you plan to go to college in the fall. You can obtain up to three paper copies of the FAFSA by calling the Federal Student Aid Information Center toll free at 800.433.3243 or you can apply online .


Student must:
  • Have financial need.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  • Not already have a bachelor's or higher degree (unless enrolled in a post-bachelor's teacher certificate program).

Award:
  • Up to $5,550 per year.

Application:

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)

Student must:
  • Have exceptional financial need.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  • Not already have a bachelor's or higher degree.

Award:
  • Up to $4,000 per year.
